Hawaiian Crock Pot Chicken

I am having so much fun finding recipes to try in my Crock Pot! And with all this cold, rainy weather we have been getting lately, nothing beats walking into a delicious smelling home and having a warm dinner ready and waiting for you! Well, if things can't get any better... how about a SUPER EASY recipe to boot! I found this recipe online and decided to try it. WOW! It took 1 minute (seriously!) to throw in the pot, and it had SUCH a great flavor when dinner time rolled around! It was sweet, and tangy with some smokey BBQ flavor mixed in. The chicken was cooked perfectly (and I threw them in FROZEN!). My husband and I recommend you try this EASY PEASY recipe soon :)

Ingredients:
4-6 frozen boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 bottle Archer Farms Hawaiian Style Barbecue Sauce (found at Target)
1 can of pineapple (crushed or diced...whatever you like)

Directions:
Throw everything in the crockpot and turn on low for 6 hours. Don't worry about thawing the chicken...it will be just fine!

When ready to serve, shred chicken with a fork (that way the sauce will cover every piece!).

Serve on a bed of rice, and don't forget to make some veggies!
