I am Erica
On a perfectly beautiful Georgia spring day [May 7th, 2011] I married my best friend and greatest love, Tommy.
The day after our wedding, we packed up all the belongings that my little car could handle (including our Springer Spaniel dog, Bentley) and went on our honeymoon in Hot Springs, North Carolina. Right after our relaxing trip, we headed straight for our new home in Raleigh, North Carolina and that is where my blogging stories begin.
At first, I was going to use my blog as a personal journal. Then I tried just writing about recipes I have tried, places I have gone, and projects I have tackled. It was wonderful because it got me out of my shell in our new home.
Since then, we have moved to Atlanta, GA. It was a tough decision, but we felt it would be best for now, and in the long run. What has happened to the blog now? Now, I have found my self more and more consumed with spending time with my Husband/ family/ friends, and with my new full time work schedule, so it has gotten hard to write as often or as much as I would like. I am using this blog as more of a catch all for recipes; Tried and sounds-so-good-that-I-will-try-them-soon. Please feel free to rummage around and search for your favorites. Write back any responses of successes or failures; I would love to hear and share with you all!
