Have you ever packed veggies and dip for lunch? Yum right?!?!?! Although, my annoyance with it is putting the dip in a container. If you put too much, it is kind of wasted when you are done. If you put too little, you are stuck with "naked veggies". And also, the dip gets all around the container... so annoying!
So here is something I found that really works (and looks pretty!). Take a container of your choosing and pour a little dressing in the bottom. Then, fill up vertically with veggies that are shorter than the container with the lid on. (if you are cutting your own, use the container as a measuring mark!). And Voila! The dressing rises a little to cover the veggies, and it is the perfect serving size! Enjoy!
